YEAH IM PISSED!!!
I did find this old video of myself back in the days 1995..
Aint it funny that everything looked better
back in the days before I "knew" so much?!!!

Before carb depleting, getting the water out etc etc...

Well I was way better than at the Swedish nationals -03 thats for sure!!...
Next time around it will be totaly back to basics!!!
Fact is if I had been doing what I did between 93-95 I would have
won the nationals by now..PERIOD!!

And I hope after looking at the real Capone you all understand
how pissed I ALWAYS been during my shows thru the years!!
Fact is that when my Marie looked at this video she told me that I was in
this shape at 5kg more than in these pix before screwing things up in 03...

So I say fuck that last week as Im always better before the shows!!

Taking 2004 off & getting things in perspective is the best I EVER done!
Im back on track again after years of delusion!!!
Just wait..just wait..
