People stare at ya like you are some kind of maniac...& you are!!!

They look twice...& do not belive their eyes...ordinary people
are just not used to see someone in shape in real life I guess.....

They dont understand what kind of work etic & what kind of discipline
it takes to get this look...
They just dont understand what they are looking at...
That they are looking at a modern day WARRIOR!!!

There I was...
In the shape of my life just outside the gym on a Monday afternoon...
All carbed-up since eating tons of junk on last Saturday...
Pumped to the max & Feeling like a million dollars...ready to explode..
While the ordinary people passing by on their way from work.....
They think its easy....that its just to pop some pills & whoalla!!
If they only knew.......

Its in times like this you remember why you are doing this shit...
All the lonely mornings at the gym...the grueling cardio sessions...
Its all worth it!!!
The contests are just part of it...
This is the real reason!
