EPILOGUE:
The contest season is over.....
In retrospect & with carbs back in my brain I realized that I
spilled over at the qualifier & overdieted for the nationals...
Check out the pix below at an empty morning weight at
around 84-85kg & then my national condition at 78.3kg...

Well what can I say?
I fucked up & payed for it....
But Ive learned alot & will NEVER make the same mistakes again!
Now I have it written down...EVERYTHING is on paper...
I now know exactly what to do the whole diet INCLUDING the last week!
I will never again pee myself down into a middleweight...
Nah it doesent make me any better...only flatter!
Just give me 2 years to add some more mass & will be rock hard & bone dry
at somewhere around 85-90kg & then watch it baby!!
I dont care what people are thinking...
I m not done yet...not by a long shot!!!
I will hit from underneath...& I will hit HARD!!
