3 WEEKS OUT PIX!

Thru the last 20 plus years ALOT of bodybuilders (including myself)
have been hitting poses at the Office of The Zone shop!
Today was no exception as former Lucia champ & local hero Deme Lazlo asked me some
advices on that last week & had his physique & body fat checked by yours truly...
Deme looked good...or should I say great?!
