IN WAR WITH

OLD SCHOOL HEAVY TRAINING WORKS BUT............


SOMETIMES I GUESS I JUST GO ABIT TOO CRAZY IN THE GYM...
...I JUST SNAP & JUST CANT STOP MYSELF...
I JUST GO ON & ON...
UNTIL SOMETHING BRAKES OR STARTING TO BLEED....


Tore my left thigh...

Yep...what can I say?
Disaster struck again...& this one was pretty scary
...& hell yeah IT HURTS!

Dont know what the hell happened as I was
totally warm & into the 3rd rep of my 8th
sets of squats when it just poped...


It felt like the whole gym stoped in its track
by the sound...
And call me crazy or just stupid but my mind was so
set on GO that I actually finished my legworkout
with 6 sets of legbiceps before I realized that
I was seriously hurt!

Guess that my 20 years beating up the weights at the
gym have created a monster more than one way...
my tolerans of pain is redicolusly high!

I never train sloppy or anything but
I`m the kind of animal that actually getting stronger
on each set when I train & I can actually use more
weights at the end of the workout than in the beginning!
And even though that is all good when tryin`to build
muscles its also very, very dangerous...


I also tore my right triceps 3 times!!

It actually took about a week until it started to get blue
that time around...Yes that pic was taken
the 3rd (!) time I did this to the same triceps muscle!
Amazing that it`s totally healed by now!!



I`VE HAD MY SHARE OF INJURIES THRU THE YEARS:
A TORN PEC IN 1994,
A BLOWED OUT ROTATOR IN 1996,
A TORN TRICEPS IN 1998,
A BLOWED OUT ELBOW IN 00,
A TORN TRICEPS IN 2004
& THEN AGAIN IN 2006
& FINNALY MY LEFT THIGH IN 07


THEN ADD ALL MINOR INJURYS ON TOP OF IT ALL ...
& YES YALL UNDERSTAND THAT I`VE BEEN
BOTH BLACK & BLUE ALL OVER!


...BUT THEN AGAIN..YOU GOTTA STEP OVER THE LINE
INTO THE PAIN ZONE TO GET
THE GOLDEN REWARD OF MORE BEEF!

GOTTA BE A WARRIOR...
