PROJECT FREAK

- ZONES LATEST PROJECT -
After finding this pic of KING PIN in the latest issue of Swedish SPIDERMAN
I got inspired to take my physique to another levell....
So I
started what I call my "PROJECT FREAK"!
For years & years I always worked to develope symetry
over mass with the thought of being competitive in the back of my head...
For example I didnt work my pecs for 4 full years during
one time of my 12 year long competetive career!
Now I say FUCK THAT!
I will now train to look like I wannna look like...
LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF A CARTOON MAGAZINE!
FUCK SYMETRY by the normal standard!
I will now train my chest all out & have also started to
train my NECK with a special device!
(Its a harness that makes it able to hang weights
from my head & curl èm with my neck!)
My goal now is to stay in "decent" shape at around 200 - 220 lbs
and to gain as much as I can on my pecs as well as gain an inch or an inch and a half
to my arms so they will be around 20" cold
+ with the same measurement to my neck!
Add some more tatts & there you have it...the REAL Capone!
NECK TRAINING:
The NECK TRAINING is an important part of this project
so here is what I do to make it GROW!
As I said I train my NECK with a harness that makes it able to hang weights
from my head & curl èm with my neck!
I train my neck twice/week.
I do the first workout after shoulders on Monday.
On that workout I curl with free weights
6sets with 10-15 reps
working the muscles at the back of my neck.
The second workout is after back on Thursday...
Only cables on the menu that day...4sets with 15-20 reps from
behind where I work the front muscles...and then 2sets of "regular"
curls again for the back of my neck....
All in all I do 12 sets of neck/week.

pic was taken on November 27th...

I`m cloosing in on my goal...
Give me 2 injury free years & I`m where I wanna be with my physique!
