It was time for THE happening of the year here in Sweden, Europe...
The big event Fitness Festival & the Lucia trophy down in Gothenburg!
I was on 2 missions... first to sign my DVD in BODY MAGAZINES
booth and to shoot some pictures for the GASP website
& mingle with Flex Lewis & Branch Warren!
Yup yup I was gonna`do some cool shit for the 2 main players in
da`game over here all in true Capone style!
I was going down with a new kid on the block called ADDE...
A hungry lil`punk with a mouth running 24/7 with a thirst of knowledge seldom seen!
Man who could be better to team up with than a guy like me with 21 years of experience?
...Nah none!
After 48 hurs with the kid my ears was bleeding though and the latest Game album
in the CD player in my car that I thought would spice up the 7 hour trip
down south would never be heard not on the way down
and not on the way home either!
Man those young hungry kids with a need to be steared in the right
directions jumping into this crazy game can be intense! LOL!
Anyway...at 5 in the morn we packed our bags...poped a couple of Yellow subs Xtreme
and a couple of shakes of Rage & some protein & Vitargo...
...To be safe I put the gun in the door of the car along with some more caffeine
filled softdrinks & started the long trip down south....
To say that I was jacked was an understatement! LOL!
When we finnaly came down I was meeting up some of the
beautyfull BODY crew at their booth!
And went to work signing & selling my DVD & taking pictures with the fans!
I sure had a BALL & the DVD was a BIG SELLER!!
We actually sold more of my DVD than Ronnie Colemans!!!!
I know it was just CRAZY!!
I was actually AMAZED that I had all those fans out there!!
You guys really made me feel like a ROCK STAR!
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU
to yall hundred or so people coming up to me to take a picture with me
& giving me all this lovin`!
I`m so excited now that I promiss to put in alot more work to my website & I will
start to diet down for some new crazy pictures to be taken
for all true Capone fans out there!

Then it was time to shoot some pix for GASP!
I told Branch that my daughter think that he is me & that I needed a pic
to show her that hes just a Zone Capone lookalike! LOL!
Branch was a super cool guy with like me a love of cigars & we shared some war storys during the weekend & I gave him one of my favourite CAO cigars!
It was nice to meet you big guy!!
Meeting Flex Lewis is always a pleasure!
It was so nice to meet ya again my friend & Im so proud of ya!
Im so happy that you are doing so good in the game these days!!
