RODDY A TRUE WARRIOR!

Just spoke to
Swedish gladiator/bodybuilder/pro-boxer/strongman
Roddy “Hero” Benjaminson....

Roddy just won his professional boxing debut as a heavyweight while
tearing his right biceps in the 3rd round but gutting it out all 5 rounds to win!
Roddy made the successful professional debut on a show in Tidaholm, Sweden,
He actually knocked Russian Oleg Agafonov down almost immediately,
but Oleg was tough & was back up at his feet again...
The scores were; 49-45, 50-45 and 49-45 in Roddys favor.

Yeah it was in the 3rd round that I smashed my biceps into Olegs elbow...
I could feel that my biceps tendon bursted right away...but ya know how it is
Zone...I just had to gut it out and finish the fight!

Roddys plan was to do this fight then compete at the Lucia show in the
-100kg class & then do a strongman show all in 3 weeks!

That was the idea but I have to take care of this injury now...
I got a couple of the best doctors in my corner so Im not that worried...
I look at it as a oportunity to really focus on my legs now
& to come back better than ever for next years Lucia show!

Now thats the spirit! A true warrior has spoken!
