Ive taken it as far as I wanna go...Sure you can always be harder...
I think I will be able to loose a half kg or so the coming last week but thats it..
Im done....
I suffered HARD to get into this condition & is proud of what Ive done..

If I just can hold on to this shape I will be happy anyway....
I realy dont care because the iron game is alot more to me!
I realised that the competition out there these days are INCREDIBLE
& with my genetics this is as far as Im willing to take it....
