MY LAST HURAH ON STAGE!

On the weigh in I was 79 sharp and on stage 81.5kg ripped to the bone!
As I said before I`m fully aware that my structure aint
suited for the middle...its like squezing myself into a too tight shoe...
It hurt!
Cuz even though Im only 5"6 I got a too wide structure.

But my plan was never to compete this year....
Nah... my plan was to compete at the 85kg class in a year or so
but with that class now gone & being in descent shape after
two foto sessions for Body magazine I decided to shoot for the
-80kg veteran class just for the hell of it!

When it comes to condition I peaked 100% for this one though
and I have NEVER been more ripped on stage!
(Thanx to Palle for helping me out with the diet the last 10 days)
And I got the oportunity to do my free posing routine and really
have a ball + getting it all on tape for my comig DVD!

Since the show I have gotten tons of e-mails and coments on
message boards etc about my shape and my free poosing so I wanna give
a huge thanx for all kind words to yall!

So even if I didnt win you guys really make me feel
like the PEOPLES CHAMP!! !

With two shootings for BODY MAGAZINE,
doing this show and the making of a DVD
this feels like a good ending to my competitive career!
Yes this was my last hurah on stage...

Will I ever come back?
Well not as it feels like now but guess you never should say never..
I have a strong hate/love relationship
with competetive bodybuilding...

I will now start my new project...
Project "FREAK"
where I will rebuild my physique to
something not suited for the stage!

Yeah time to eat some good food
and gain back those 20" guns baby!
Its growing season!
