Yep, yep, yep it was time to get in shape again!
NO..I will NOT compete this year!!
Nah...just gettin`in shape for the hell of it...
...and to shoot some scenes for my DVD ofcourse!
Yeah yeah...everyone I know think Im nuts by not doing
the Nationals this year when I only have at most
4-5 more kgs to loose to be absolutely contest ripped...
Even my Marie told me to compete when
I spoke to her on the phone now!!!!
But nah... I love this shit...but NOT this year...

Early Saturday morning after training shoulders...
I will go to my buddy Elpadrinos birthday party tonight...
...I will smoke as many cigars as I possible can & eat
ALL I CAN EAT at that barbecue!
On Sunday I will get my ass on that plane to Northern Sweden (Umeå)
and just chill with my 2 favourite girls Marie & Trude for 8 days!
(if ya can chill with a wild lil`2 year old daughter
whos EVERYWHERE at the same time? LOL!)
I will stay in descent shape though...Just let the bod rest a bit
before shooting for my next goal... 20" arms COLD at 200lbs!
