Zone Capone himself has gone from an underground
local oddball to a well known household name in the iron-game with
everything from being featured in the magazines
(including writing for Scandinavians biggest bodybuilding magazine BODY
and GASP website as well as a former column in EXHALE MAG),
to a clothing line in his name,to the original ZONE shop & soon
even his own DVD!

WHEN I FIRST MADE THIS SITE I WASNT SURE IF I SHOULD MAKE IT IN ENGLISH OR SWEDISH
... (MY HOME LANGUAGE)...
...OK REALLY MY ENGLISH MAY BE A BIT WACKED AFTER LISTENING TO TOO MUCH RAP
& WATCHING TO MANY BAD MOVIES, BUT WHY MAKE IT A SITE FOR SWEDES ONLY?
I WANTED TO MAKE A SITE FOR ALL BROTHERS & SISTERS OF THE IRON WORLD!
WHERE EVER YOU LIVE!

AND THAT WAS A GOOD DECISION BECAUSE FROM JAN 2001-OCTOBER 2007
