All shootings except the scenes that will tie the whole
film together into a unit are now finished!
I was at THE DIRECTORS crib last night scheming thru some of the
15 hours of high quality material that we now will start to
cut down into a film! LOTS of work for THE DIRECTOR that’s for sure!
The DVD will include lots of kick ass clips & comments that
WILL GO DOWN INTO THE HISTORY BOOKS!!
You will see ZONE CAPONE offseason & real ugly!
When I train HEAVY with lots of weights…
including a legendary shoulder workout…
You will then follow me thru to my absolutely tightest condition posing
at the ZONE SHOP & on stage at the Swedish nationals!

The movie will include 12 top notch athletes
+ scenes from 2 bodybuilding shows!

If you compete in bodybuilding
ya probably seen this guy painting people backstage by now...
Fact is that Luke was painting the pros backstage
for JanTana at last years Arnold classic!
Well I needed a tan for my posing scenes in my coming DVD
& being of a vampire breed I always get burned by the sun...So...
I called Luke up on his cell asking him if I could buy some collor from him.
To my suprice Luke said he would sponsor me & came by
the Zone shop with his tent one morning to paint me for free!!!
Now THATS some top notch service!
The collor was GREAT!
It actually stayed on my whole vacation & made me look
like a million dollars at the beach this summer!
So I can highly recomend it to EVERYONE in need
of a quick sunless collor change!!

20 YEARS IN THE
IRON GAME TODAY!!

YEAH TODAY FEB 23rd IS EXACTLY 20 YEARS SINCE
I DID MY VERY FIRST LIFT AT A GYM!!
It's been a long ride...a lot of long nights...a lot of long flights
but worth every sacrifice!
During these years I`ve trained with the best of èm,
I went from 56kg to an all time high of 104...
I`ve done some serious battles both on & off stage,
I did tear some muscles but I also built some beef...
Not all guys that I bumped shoulders with are around today & some
of my closest homiez that I used to train with have left this world…
Im soo glad to still be around & I try to keep their spirits alive
& is dedicating my hardcore sessions to them...
This shit is crazy & I’ve heard & seen things you wouldn’t
believe during my time in this game.
But it really changed my whole life & I hope to be able
to do this shit for at least 20 more years!!
Today Ive been living full time of this sport since 89
when I started The Zone shop...
I never had a plan B, I never lost sight...
That's why I hit the stage, that's why I kill the weights
It's for my fans that's ridin with Zone Capone for life, RIGHT!
And fact is that I NEVER been stronger than I am today!
I will start to diet down real soon for a project that is on in June
so pix are comin`of my present physique!
…Kind of cool that it’s possible to still gain after all these years..
I’m here to stay...
& hey I’m still growing baby…I’m still growing!!

Just flew home alone from my Christmas vacation
with my family in northern Sweden, Umeå.
Time to hustle a couple of days at the old Zone shop
before flying back again on Friday to celebrate the new year!
