All shootings except the scenes that will tie the whole
film together into a unit are now finished!
I was at THE DIRECTORS crib last night scheming thru some of the
15 hours of high quality material that we now will start to
cut down into a film! LOTS of work for THE DIRECTOR that’s for sure!
The DVD will include lots of kick ass clips & comments that
WILL GO DOWN INTO THE HISTORY BOOKS!!
You will see ZONE CAPONE offseason & real ugly!
When I train HEAVY with lots of weights…
including a legendary shoulder workout…
You will then follow me thru to my absolutely tightest condition posing
at the ZONE SHOP & on stage at the Swedish nationals!

The movie will include 12 top notch athletes
+ scenes from 2 bodybuilding shows!

If you compete in bodybuilding
ya probably seen this guy painting people backstage by now...
Fact is that Luke was painting the pros backstage
for JanTana at last years Arnold classic!
Well I needed a tan for my posing scenes in my coming DVD
& being of a vampire breed I always get burned by the sun...So...
I called Luke up on his cell asking him if I could buy some collor from him.
To my suprice Luke said he would sponsor me & came by
the Zone shop with his tent one morning to paint me for free!!!
Now THATS some top notch service!
The collor was GREAT!
It actually stayed on my whole vacation & made me look
like a million dollars at the beach this summer!
So I can highly recomend it to EVERYONE in need
of a quick sunless collor change!!
