As I wrote 11 days ago I tore my right
triceps muscle again...
It actually took about a week until it started to get blue
this time around...
This is actually the 3rd (!) time that I tear the same triceps...
First
time was in 98 & the last time was two years ago...
Im a bit pissed as this was going to be the growing season
of my comeback at the end
of next year...
Well what can I say?
Heavy presses & heavy triceps training is out for awhile..
So I guess that I will have to just cruise at the gym
& stay a skinny 95kg this summer...
I will start my mass building training again after
this shit is healed...hopefully at the end of July...
Dont count me out though...
I have NOT given up my comeback plans!

Rumors always been floating around my buddy Lance...

Well I have to disapoint the haters out there that Lance
is much alive,
looking like a million bucks & riding THE phatest bike around!
I trained with Lance in
the early 90`s & he was the best bodybuilder
around here in Europe back then..Ill tell ya the guy was a freak!
I remember thinking to myself when I watched Dorian win his first
Olympia in Helsinki 92 that Lance would easy been top 6 in that show!
Im sure even today Lance would make an impact
if he chose to once again hit the stage!

David "Heavy-D" Hansson past away suddenly
& unexpected last saturday...
You left me only with happiness..
You've been there for me for 10 years,
I'm glad I got to spend the last one by your side.
All the lessons and wise words you've left for
us,

We both learned and moved forward in a

Yes our princess trude is here!! It was a trip...first me getting stuck in the elevator when I should drive my Marie to the hospital! Then to see Marie in all that pain & to finaly get the most beautiful creature I ever met in my arms! My life has changed forever & I'm totaly in love!! So beautiful, a little doll! I'm in love! /Z" I just talked to Zone and it all went great and his Marie is ok. She is 51 cm tall and wheiged 4.022 g and was delivered at 03.30. BIG CONGRATS TO THE CAPONE FAMILY! /Lil' T |
