Offseason...
... this is how this kind of animal looks most of the time...
We aint no pretty boys...

THE LINEUP IN THE BATHROOM!
There I was sick as a dog...down & out with a flu...
Still I couldnt resist hitting a couple of poses in the bathroom mirror!
Its offseason & at 5"6 Im a slab of beef & veins at 94kg...
& I just love the feeling of my muscles stretching the skin even though
Im down & out with a fever!
Im not into this game just to compete once in awhile...not to impress
some chick or something...
Nah Im into this for moments like this!
Im in it for myself!
Thats why the lineup in the bathroom is the most important line to me!!

2005
I remember back in the days 1987 when I first started to train
my ultimate goal was to one day have a 50cm big gun...
(I had a measurement of 28cm back then *S*)


Well I have not checked the measurements of my arms for a loong time
but after getting a good pump & showing of my guns to my impressed
training partner Ryger this morning I went home to check èm..
Yup guess with a full pump they now are 50cm!!
Not that bad for a 5"6 guy with shitty genetics to start with huh?
Im not that fat either as I still got visible abs, veins & shit...
It only took me 18 years to get my arms this big....
So c`mon now let me be proud for a while aiight?!

Yeah Im lightyears away from that flat stringy look that stumbled out on stage at
the Nationals in 2003...
Fact is that I weigh a +50lbs more these days...
Yep my days as a skinny little middle weight are finaly over!

I rather be abit fat like this than being flat & ripped to shreads...
I just love to be big full & pumped to the max with the strenght of an ox!!

I realy love the chalenge of going to war with the weights!

I put some gangstà rap in my freestyle..
...put on my yellow sunglasses & just ROCK!
I just love the pain & the massive blood flow you get
when giving it all in the war with the weights!

My training is based on old school heavy free weight training.
No..Im not a freak..theres alot of bigger guys around..
But with this kind of training I transformed myself
from a skinny pencillneck at 56kg
to a competing bodybuilder against all odds!

But sometimes before ex an all-out leg session I realy do fear death!
I realy do feel this could be the last minutes I do exist in this world....
(My leg workouts are brutal!!)
In fact before some of my hardest sessions
I sometimes put on some hardcore gangstà-rap,
go into the bathroom & shave my head as a sign of going to war!!
I always been the strongest after that kind of shit..
the mental part is important in this lonely sport...
...& yeah it helps to be a bit crazy!

Sometimes ya need to go to the extreme to get results...
Here I press over 400kg for 15 reps!
Watched by my good buddy The Stack!

Actually I trained legs the other day with Workoutcenters owner MAC...
I know hes a hard trainer & at 117kg a fairly big guy...
so I told him:
-"Hey Mac!
You are almost 15 years younger than me & about 15kg
heavyer than me so put on whatever ya want on the legpress machine
& I promiss that I`ll do twice as many reps
as you do on the coming four sets!!"

He did put on 14 plates with a big grin & did 15 reps...
I did 30!
He upped the weights & did 12...
I did 24 & so on until he dropped!
...Do I have to tell ya he will be hearing
about that one for a long time to come?

When I train everything is yellow..
I always train in my yellow sunglasses these days...
Thats also a trick to make me going..Infact new studys showed that
athletes exposed to yellow lightning was faster & stronger than the rest!!
..Add some Cypress-hill in my freestyle on top of that
& hey whatch me explode baby!!!!
