Even though I said lower weights I do use the full stack for 15-20 reps on this mother...
Afterall after 22 years lifting weights I`m no pussy newbee
in this game!

Superseting legpresses with leg curls with your system filled with
AAKG really got the blood flowing!

16 sets of legs in 30 minutes are the way to do it for me these days!

If it works? Well you tell me!
My legs are looking like a pair of fucking cucumbers right now
but they are big & just wait until I rip èm up!!
