Competing since: I first competed in athletic fitness 1998.
And gain in 99. I then started Bodybuilding in 2001 and 03.
Offseason weight: Right now 96kg
Contest weight: Last time -75kg next year i recon i´ll be tight at 80kg.
Currant residence: I live in Heby i the center of sweden.
Occupation: I work at an institution for kids who took the wrong turn in life...
Marital status: Married to my sweetheart Pia.
Together we have the most beutifull princess Aaliyah.
We also have a persian cat and a 60kg bullmastiff named Ramzee.
Listens to: Mostly hip hop and regeton.
Motto in life: If you want to do something, do it the best you can or dont do it at all.
Contest history:
-98 Sm kval atletic fitness 20 of 75.
-99 Sm kval atletic fitness top 20 of 60.
-01 lucia pokalen -80 juniors 1st and best poser
-03 National qualifier bodybuilding 7th -80kg.
-03 Swedish nationals bodybuilding 4th -75kg.

ZONE:Tell us abit about yourself Homan!
HOMAN: I live with my wife and our dother and the pets.
I work and train and try to spend as much as i can with my family.
I like nice watches and "Bling Blings"....I just love jewllerys. Diamonds are not just a girls best friend :-´) .
I also love Ciars and I love chocolate. The cigars range betwen 90:- to over 500:-
and the chocolate range betwen 750:- a kilo to 2200:- kilo.
I have a nice Amadei (Chocolate) that is just unbelivable! and dont get me started with the whisky´s
wowwww man I love a good smoky isla whisky!!

ZONE:How did you got bit by the iron bug in the first place & how did ya get into competing?
HOMAN: I have always been a muscle fan ever sence I saw the rocky and first blood movies.
I have seen all the movies you can think of with the typical action heros like
van dame, stallone and arnold.
I wanted to as big as them so i started to lift them heavy ass weights.
Light weight baby!!

ZONE:What is the best part of this sport?
HOMAN: The best thing about the sport is that we change our bodies through
hard traning thats totaly unrealistic from the start.
I thought back in the days that I never would weigh 90 kg...I passed that years ago.
There is no sport were you can se the results so obvius.

ZONE:And the worst part?
HOMAN: All the mother fucking haters who thing that if they just take a couple shots of steroids
they will be like Ronnie Mr olympia Coleman!!
Another thing is that all your efforts will be judged by a couple of judges.
You may not allways agree with their decisions...
...but you have to live with it and that can be hard some times.

ZONE:What is your diet like? Both offseason & before a show?
HOMAN: Before a show I keep it simple. Low carbs and a lots of protein and some fat.
I pend to eat around 4 grams of protein for avery lean kilo body weight.
If i go real low on carbs i will eat more fat. Simple.
Offseason : I eat when ever and what ever i feel like eating.
I eat oatmeal az a part of my brakefast all year around with a protein shake.
And I try to eat at least 3 meals a day beside the shakes.
I love chocolate and i love my cigars and i love my whisky´s.
I drink and eat good, and as often as i can i try to enjoy a good cigarr.

ZONE:And what about your training. Offseason & before a show?
HOMAN: Before a show I do cardio every morning before brakefast
and at least 1 session with waights.
I do around 15 to 17 (workouts) a week. Some times i do the hole body twice a week.
Offseason i train the entire body once a week.
Right now i exprementing with some new traing regimens... A 28 day cycle.
I´ll let you kno how it goes.

ZONE:Where do you think most people go wrong before a show?
HOMAN: When you make plans for a contest you need to make the plan and stick with it.
People get crszy and start to change stuff half way.
The results wil be after that.
Get a good coach that you trust and listen to him even when you "know" that you "know" better.
Because you dont. *S*
What i mean is that you cant try 10 difrent diets at the same time.

ZONE:Who is your bigest inspiration & rolemodell thru the years?
HOMAN: As I said before, Arnold and Stallone was my first contact to bodybuilding.
The competing bodybuilders that I have been loking upp to have been
Flex Wheleer, Shawn Ray and Chris Cormier...I just love their physiques.
In sweden I started to train at GAP in uppsala and the owner is Gustav Ander, he helped me a lot.
Swedish IFBB pro Omid Parsa have also been an inspiration...we trained at GAP some years ago,
but the person who helped me thw most is Roger Hallström. He´s my bud.
He also help me out with my contest preparations.

ZONE:Future plans?
HOMAN: If every thing goes as planed here at home then
I would love to compete again next year at the lucia weekend.
That is my wish anyway!
