ZONE:Tell us abit about yourself!
JACK:I am an educated person who runs a division for Citibank.
I also happen to lift. As a pro bodybuilder, I feel it is my responsibility to set the pace,
and make the example. I have a daughter,
Brooke and feel very lucky to have been blessed with the life I have.

ZONE:How did you got bit by the iron bug?
JACK:When i was 12 yrs old, I was a fat kid, hitting 200lbs in the sixth grade.
I wanted to join a gym to lose weight, I was hooked,
I got a membership at the famous Atilis gym,
where Arnold and many others would frequent.

ZONE:What is the best part of this sport?
JACK: Preperation, support, fans.
People who understand what I am trying to do, and support me, win or lose.

ZONE:And the worst part?
JACK:Haters. People who never competed and bash those who try.

ZONE:What is your diet like? Both offseason & before a show?
JACK:In the past I would stay tight, this year I did not,
I tried to play the size game, and it hurt me.
Before a show is basically, high protein, low carbs.
Fats really work for me as well, I am super-duper, carb sensative.
Offseason, this yar, I am staying tight on my diet, eating one bad meal a day,
but other than that, keeping my weight around 260,
so my skin is nice and tight and I caome in tighter than ever.

ZONE:And what about your training. Offseason & before a show?
JACK:Training never changes, I powerlifted for many years,
so I have plenty of thickness, now-high volume, this year, super high volume.
30 sets for back/high volume!

ZONE:Where do you think most people go wrong before a show?
JACK:What I did this year, they do things that work for 4 months,
then one week beofre the show, start changing everything,
you don't know how your body will react.
In my case, I overcarbed, spilled, and looked like I never even dieted.
Compare that to 2005, when I stayed steady through the show,
I was shredded, infact the most shreded guy in the show.

ZONE:Who is your bigest inspiration & rolemodell thru the years?
JACK:Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, I used to work for him.
Also, Arnold, not because he was a great bodybuilder,
but because he was never afraid to go after what he wants,
no matter how crazy people thought he was, he went for it all....
And got it!!!!

ZONE:Future plans?
JACK:2007' six shows-
Night of Champions/Barbados/italy/spain/England/Trinidad.
