BACK WORKOUT!

Offseason, January 2006...

Yep, yep, yep it was yet another early morning down at WorkoutCenter,
Gävle,Sweden ...it was time to blast some calves &
back this time with my big hairy buddy Grizzly!!
Yep..the bearded freaks trained like two guys possesed while
the city
was still asleep!
Craig Titus may be the baddest boy in the game these days
but look into our eyes & tell us that we aint looking like two maniacs!

--CALVES--
We started with some seated calves to get into the mood & get some blood flowin`.


I was going medium heavy...my calves are hard to get to grow so I cant be lazy...

Two straight sets & two sets of drop sets was on the scedule...

It was then time to get nasty on the standing sucker...

Same here...two straight sets & two sets of drop sets...
We finished of the calves with some supersets before it was time for...
--BACK--

I just love this machine...its just great!!

Three sets on this one for starters to get the appetite
up before we went on to the T-bar...


I stand on the floor on this one...In my mind Im going back to basic...
...I visualise that Im an ox...its all PRIMAL!

It was then time for some dumbell rows....

We make sure to really squeese at the top of this mother...

To finish off the back nothing beat some oldschool behind the neck shit...

When you are as stiff as Grizzly
the hard part is to get the bar down!

I always make sure to go for
that feel on this one...

I usually do some wrists after back...to stretch out my tattoos abit *S*
