ZONES LEG WORKOUT!

Offseason, August 2005...

Yeah it was just another Sunday afternoon down at WorkoutCenter,
Gävle,Sweden ...it was time to blast some legs
with my buddy Ryger...

I usually split my legs into 2 workouts...
... doing legbiceps along with calves one day & then quads on another..
But I said to Ryger -"Fuck that its just to damned easy!
Lets do a full 18 set legworkout today!
Lets do one excercise for quads & then one for legbiceps & so on..."
So we started with some medium heavy SQUATS...

If ya dont squat ya dont do shit!!
If ya dont squats when ya do legs ya can as well stay at home!
I both hate èm & love èm myself...but I always do èm!

For legbiceps nothing beat this sucker!
I keep my weights avarage & just squeeeeeeese!

After those 2 excersises we just had to drop some of the
plain sick weights we usually use on the legpress machine...

Afterall its getting the legs tired were here for....not using weights to impress...
Were no powerlifters..were just trying to build some beef on our wheels right?!

After the legpress both me & Ryger started to get nausious...
Damned I really hate this one...nah not Ryger...the seated leg curl!

We then did 3 sets each of legextensions (sorry no pics) & then
went on for some more curls before just dying right there on the floor!
