about yourself who are Gumse!
GUMSE:Im
a laidback guy with lots of stuff going on in my life.
I got 4 kids...Isak 12 ,Angelina 5,Stephani 3 & Leo 8 months.
Im running my own electric company.
ZONE:How
did you got bit by the iron bug in the first place
& how did ya get into competing?
GUMSE:I
started playing hockey, basketball & football at 8.
When I was 14 I followed my dad to the gym.
I taught me early the hard way to do it the right way...or he kicked my ass!
ZONE:What is the best part of
this sport?
GUMSE:The best is that you only can blame yourself if
you win or loose!
ZONE:And the worst part?
GUMSE:To not do it the right way & get my ass kicked
by my dad!
ZONE:What is your diet like? Both offseason & before a show?
GUMSE:I always eat clean but with more carbs during the
offseason.
ZONE:And what about your training. Offseason & before a show?
GUMSE:I always train the same..always hard!


ZONE:Where do you think
most people go wrong before a show?
GUMSE:People listening to others...
I always think that I cant change the other competitors shape..only my own.
ZONE:You got some crazy looking
freaky shoulders that I personaly
could kill to get! How do you train èm?
GUMSE:Basics...I always use the basics on all my muscle
groups.
On shoulders I like presses with barbells...
both behind the neck & to the front.
But really..compared to my dad my shoulders are small!! LOL!

ZONE:Who is your bigest inspiration & rolemodell thru the years?
GUMSE:My father & Anders Graneheim.
ZONE:Future plans?
GUMSE:Future plans..well...
Im always eager to compete but this year Im going to train on my weakest
musclegroups to be more complete...
Ive been doing 19 shows now & 13 was during the last 2 years
so its about time for a brake.
