ZONE:
Lets start with telling the world how you first got into gymtraining:
T: In
short... I used to work at a kiosk, to finance my studies and one of
the costumers, Janne (who's in the Team Zone) worked at a gym here in
Gävle. This is the same gym that you trained at Zone.
I bumped in to Janne and his trainingpartner Anna at the tatto parlor.
I was really impressed with Anna's size and Janne convinced me to show
up at the gym 2 days later. At the time I was a skinny 57 kg girl, with
football thighs and NO upperbody what so ever…
I remember my first benchpress on 32,5 kg (must have had some strength
;)
At the gym I got to know Mike who was about to compete in the Swedish
qualifier, in Gävle and then the Swedish Championships. I also remember
that I thought he was way to big (-80 kg…hmmm!). But after watching
the qualifier I was hooked and became a succer for muscles =)! And I
also ended up marrying Mike, which lasted for 5 years.
With the training I ofcourse got more interested in nutrition and got
a job at a supplement store, but ended up owning half of the Zone Shop
together with you, Zone!

Worst
bodypart:
Shoulders! They're the worst! A car ran in to mine in -99 and due to a
neckinjury I got, I kind of have a hard time to train them. I also have
a fucked up colorbone that keeps me of the building mass
deal...hehe..
But this year I decided to take the pain that comes when I train hard
and it's the first time I've really started to see them grow. NO PAIN
- NO GAIN right!? But it's hard to train with a locked neck and headace
half of the week...puhhh! I still try to keep my spirit alive and act
in a nice way even though I feel like shit! |

Best
bodypart:
Definetly chest, it's strong and before I started training it was just
bony, Legs I just entertain as I used to play soccer til I was 15.
ZONE: So do you have any good results?
I benchpress like once a year and last time I surprised myself by pressing
85 kg:s. I usually do dumbell presses and I've done 5 reps on 35 kg...
I also do 25 kg dumbellcurls...
Motto
in life:
I see life in a light way,
I don't take things so seriously and I can take almost anything. Guess
I have a good self-esteem and I try to see things from a distance!
From this angel I use the mottos:
"If you don't ask, you'll never know...no matter what!" =)
"Treat others the way you want to bee treated yourself!" I try to the outmost anyway.
Dislike:
People that takes yourselves so damn serious! Who are you, in the universe, to think you matter in the big picture?! Have fun, enjoy life!
Seafood is also a dislike in my world...iac!And what I call schampoo girls...
I've nothing in common with them LOL!
Like:
First and all I finally found peace in my heart by comming "home" to my own-built house in the woods outside Gävle! It's Shangrila...peaceful little oasis.
I also have a passion for eastern US, it's home in my heart and I
love to travel. I've been there 8 times now, last time for 3 months in L.A.
The
gyms there are fun and I have close friends in LA and north of San Francisco
that I always visit. See
photos from one of all my trips here here.
Ohh...almost forgot, tattoos are fun! I've actually even had my eyebrows
done!

Listens
to:
I grew up with Mötley Crüe (and saw them in concert again after 11 years *cool*),but I listen to almost
anything from country to hardrock and rap to disco!
Red Hot Chili Peppers is constantly in my mp3 for many years
now. Saw them also in concert the last 2 tours in SE!
But mostly I listen to hardcore techno which is great when doing cardio
=)
In life I try to listen to most people and sort the good from bad...
Favourite car/bike:
I love the new Mustangs! I use to have a Honda CBR 1000, with lots of
horsepowers...wrooom! :)
Favourite
dietfood:
Since I don't compete, I don't have to do the diets. Unless you tell me
I start to look a little too heavy Zone?
(Tina is always in shape...ZONE)
I've tried it a couple of times though since I'm in the "business"
and I just looove chicken. I eat chicken most of my meals all year around.
Also our Protein Booster tastes really good and I have it 4-5 times/day!
Favourite junkfood:
Pizza and Max's hamburgers are ok once in a while. Now you got me hungry,
man!!
Hobbies
besides the gymtraining:
I train and work on my house, don't do much else, don't have the time and traning satisfies
most of my needs...almost ;)
My job is also a big interest, Expo's + competitions are lots of fun. Oh...photos are crazy fun to take!
And as I said, I like to travel when I get the time.
ZONE:
Thanx Tina & good luck with everything! |
