A group I have lsitened to a lot lately is Evanescence!
History in sports before becoming a A-F competitor: Soccer for 10 years.
Competed a lot in Motocross when I was i kid.
After a knee injury I continued with competing in gokart.
I love the agressive, close and tight fights that always is a
part when competing in motorsports!
I qualified for two finals in the National Championships!

Swedish Qualifier 2002: 8th
Swedish Championships 2002: 12th Swedish Qualifier
2003: 2nd total Swedish Qualifier
2003: 1st in physique round (quarter turns)
Swedish Championships 2003: 5th total Swedish Championships
2003: 2nd physique round (quarter turns)
Most satisfying so far: To finish 1st and 2nd in the physique round
at the last competitions.
And also to be able to finsih 5th in total despite a injured
shoulder that prevented me to perform at top in the two other rounds!

Best Lifts:
Bench Press: 170kg
Dead Lift: 230kg Squats: 180kg
(I have a bad knee so I cant do squats so often)
Training:
During offseason I train really hard with between 6-8reps at heavy weights.
5 months before competition I change strategy and increase the
number of repetions and also start with intervall training such as running!
I mostly enjoy the really hard and heavy traning.
That is one of the reasons why I gain so much fat during offseason.
Diet:
I start 16 weeks out at about 3500 Kcal/day.
Mostly rice, chicken, pridge oats and eggs.
The closer I get to competition I increase the cardiotraining
and decrease the calories. I have
always saturdays as eating-days.
Those days are very special for me.
After about ten weeks on diet those days are out of control
with up to 20.000 calories only from junk food.
But as long as I get hard until competition day I will keep those days as part
of my diet.

Future goals in life and training:
In life it is just to stay happy and enjoy the things I take part in.
In training and competing I am at the moment training real hard
to achieve my goals for the Swedish Championships in April 2004.
I am already qualified and can concentrate on only one competition.
I know what it takes to be number one and I will do everything
that is in my power to try to develop and improve my weak points
to be one of the guys in the battle for top spot!
Some time in the future it would be great to be on a stage competing in Bodybuilding.
Maybe at the Lucia show in 3-4 years in the -90kg class. :-)
