ZONE:How did you got bit by the iron bug in the first place?
PIANA:Both my mom and stepdad competed in the early to mid 80's,
so I was always around the bodybuilding scene.
From the age of 16 to 19 I competed in 11 shows.

ZONE:What is the best part of this sport?
PIANA: Satisfaction in achieving your goals.

ZONE: And the worst part?
PIANA:Giving everything to a show and getting nothing in return.

ZONE:And what about your training?
PIANA:I love to train, so therefore I've always overtrained.
It's hard for me to take a day off sometimes I'll go months
without taking a day off.
I also like to train alone. Just me and my music.

ZONE:Who is your bigest inspiration & rolemodell thru the years?
PIANA:No one.

ZONE:What is the story behind your tattoos?
PIANA:Lots of stories behind them, but I'd rather not get into that.

ZONE:Future plans?
PIANA:Turn pro, compete as a pro for the next 5 - 10 years
while maintaining my other businesses.
Continue to invest in real estate and retire before 50.
