From the gym to the cage...

After more than a decade in the iron game and after 2 years of seriuos
bodybuilding with my good friend Zone Capone it was time for a change.
 


The step from bodybuilding to fighting isnt that big, same determination
same sweat and blood. The same hardcore attitude to training.
 


My life now is training 6 days a week about 10 training sessions a week.
I do MMA training twice a week and Muay thai twice a week. In between that there`s
running, hitting the gym, and conditioning training. Thats hitting tires with a
big sledge, dragging cars, throwing heavy bags and medicine ball drills.
