Samuel is a cool guy...always laid back & often with a big
smile to his face!
I took these pics at the classic corner of The Zone shop
this Saturday 2 weeks out from The Decembercup
& 3 out of the big Lucia show down in Gothenbourg...

The December cup will be Samuels second show & this time hes competing
for our local hardcore gym WORKOUTCENTER where we bump
into each other almost daily...Last time he competed for my Team Zone
...but really...if ya compete for me or Workout you are still a
homeboy at what I call THE EASTCOAST SYNDICATE of Swedish
bodybuilding & representing TRUE hardcore bodybuilding at its very very best!
Hell yeah we support each other & we do have the same love for the core of our sport!

Samuels back has improved dranatic from last times outings!
