FREDRIK STRÄNG

Adventurer - Photographer - Lecturer
Nah Fredrik aint no bodybuilder...BUT hes as hardcore as anyone can get!
And it just felt naturally for me to bring him into TEAM ZONE
considering that hes been buing all his supplements for his trips
from my shop anyway!
Say hi to this guy & read on...yall in for a ride!
Lets rock!
I started climbing when I was 18 years old.
Since then there has been many expeditions all around the globe.
Now it has come to a dream that I have had for a long time.
To climb the highest peak on earth's seven continents in seven month's!
"Fred, how can you live with yourself", that's what my Physical Educations
teacher said when I was an exchange student in New Zeeland.
We had just played a soccer game against a team much
better than ours and we were 6 goals down.
I ran around pepping my team mates and said:
Let's go, let's get them, and give them all we've got.
What the teacher meant was: Do you never give up?
Do you have to be so positive all the time?
The never ending optimism is an important ingredient
if you're going to be able to endure to wake up at 1 AM,
it's 35 degrees below Celsius outside, it's dark, it's windy,
you eat a bad breakfast, you spill water on your down sleeping bag,
your shoes are cold, you smell bad, you need to go to the bathroom,
you're thirsty and you have to track in half meter-deep
snow when you're going towards the top of a high mountain.
It's too easy giving up, it takes courage, discipline and humour
to manage to get through.
We only have one life and believe me, it's short.
The goal of my expeditions is not to live dangerously and take chances
but for me it's about really using the little time we have in this life.
It's about doing something exciting, fun,
beautiful and meaningful with your life,
that's why I go on my thrilling adventures all around the world.
If I can inspire and motivate others with my expeditions
and get them to believe in themselves we all gain something.
It's when you feel good and do what you love that you
work best and can give it your best.
It is my wish that this website will bring you excitement,
inspiration and beautiful pictures from all around the world!
I hope you will be as motivated as I am so that your creativity
may bloom and to make you dare to be undertake your own adventure!
I'll see you out there!
Sincerely
Fredrik Sträng
