Gabriel Oyemade was born in 1969 over
at Sheffield England
& have two older sisters and one younger brother.
Both sisters & his brother lives in England but Gabriel now lives in Sweden
with his lady Marie & his two daughters Shermane & Olivia.
Today Gabriel is offseason 117-120kg of bulging beef &
in tip top Contest condition about 104-106kg..& hey remember hes only 170cm!
Did anybody say FREAK?!
I remeber thinking to myself when I saw Gabriel the first time in semi offseason
condition at the expo at the Swedish nationals..
-"Wow finaly Sweden will get a pro who will go a long way!"
But Gabriel was not born big & in fact he competed
as a lightweight back in 93!
Boy hes done alot of growing since then!
Gabriels training is based on heavy training.
Sometimes he will train twice a day 3 times a week depending on work.
This year Hes more focused and energetic than ever.
Hes up very early eating, out walking (cardio 1 hour).
Hes diet consists of high protein & it has always worked with low carbs.
But this time hes trying the 60/30/10 diet.
His last diet 2000 I tried high carbs diet, it worked the first time but for
some reason it did not work the second time.
So this time he will have got his homework done right!

• Belgium Grand Prix Mouscron 2000 - 2nd place
• Belgium Invitational Grand Prix 2000 - 4th place
