I'm
back after 3 weeks vacation in the western USA!
And I thought I'd show some funny pix from my vacation.
Did some training, although this wasn't the reason for the trip...
The
first time I went to the States was 12 years ago.
I was 16 and decided to go on a language trip for a month.
I ended up with a great host-family that has become like
a second family to me! They live in the countryside an
hour north of San Francisco towards the winedistrics.

Since I first set foot in California I realised that I
am born in the "wrong" country, the US is home in my
heart so I keep going back and this was my 7:th time.

One of the interesting cells at Alcatraz that now
is a place for tourists! It's located right outside
San Francisco harbour and it's well worth a visit!
Armtraining
at Gold's Gym at Fifth Street in Santa Rosa California.
Costs $10/training, one free guest training.
This is one of the nicer (and well organised) Gold's I've been to!
I've been there before and it's alway nice to go back.
They have three floors with all the machines you need and 2 packed racks
of dumbells along both walls in the 1:st floor...
Second
floor has leg machines + cardio overlooking the 1:st floor.
Third floor is fitness machines and aerobic rooms.
