TOR LUNDSTEN

STAR PROFILE

..............................................................................................

The first time I saw Tor I was brutaly chocked !
It was back at the Swedish nationals in the year 2000...
He stumbled out on stage in the juniors heavyweight
class, ripped to the bone & with mass to spare!!
At only 22 years old he actually was the talk of
the town for that years nationals !
To say that the crowd was chocked to see such outstanding
muscle-maturity in a 22year old boy was an understatement!
...& yeah did I have to say he won the show?

I got a e-mail from Tor, who had checked out
my website & thought I seemed like a cool guy with
lots of knowledge of the sport & asked if we could
trade some secrets & war storys...
Tor is a big guy with a humble attitude.
(How else could you explain his will to trade tricks with a middleweight?)
So here it is !
Some inside info on Swedish future star
TOR LUNDSTEN !

*Tor was born in 1978 & is 176cm tall with a
offseason weight of about 110kg & a contest weight of 98.2kg in his latest show.
He walks around with 51cm arms & 50cm screaming calves.

*His first show was the Swedish nationals in year 2000 where he won the juniors +80 kg class.
His second show was the much bigger & harder Oslo Grand Prix in 2001
where he placed a strong second in the -100kg class.

*Tor says his only secret in the sport is disgusting hard training !
..& ok some help from his mothers genes to develope those monster calves!
He says his best muscles are is shoulders & calves & his worst are
his thighs & glutes, due to the backside of brutal training...
injuries....

*The best of the sport of bodybuilding in Tors world is the feeling of
a million dollars when in shape & all his new found friends at shows & in
the gym!

*The backside of the sport is all the pain in the joints, not finding
clothes in normal shops & the strict lifestyle & diet that keeps ya
separated from the pals out there partying !

But the positive parts far outweights the negatives so be sure to
see much more of Tor both on stage & at this site in the
future !!
